CROSS TRAINING FOR AQUA ZUMBA CLASS

Tonight is the Global Days of Aqua Zumba for Hawaii.  Charles and I spent the afternoon cross training in the kayak.  What a great workout for the arms and abs.  Don't miss tonight's big event at tge Waipahu YMCA from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.  This is the first Master Class of its kind.

AQUA ZUMBA GLOBAL POOL PARTY

Me, Madalene and six other instructors will be leading this hour and a half pool party.  Come join the fun this Friday night at 6:00 pm.  The pool is heated and we will be introducing some new Aqua Zumba routines.  This is a benefit for the YMCA.
