BAGEL MAKING CLASS

 I took class in Bagel making from the Black Seed Bagel Company in New York.  I never had freshly baked bagels and I will never buy store bought again.  They were soft and delicious and actually easy to make.  I have made several batches since the class for my staff and friends.  My favorite is with lox and cream cheese.  I will try cinnamon raisin next since I got cinnamon from Viet Nam.  Do you like my Chef Fuji apron?  It was a birthday gift from Darlene and I wear it all the time.
